Shipping Policy

At Fidelavo, we want your order to arrive on time and without surprises. Here is everything you need to know.

Where do we ship?

We ship to the United States and to the European countries available in our country selector.

Delivery times

Standard shipping usually takes 8–14 business days, including preparation and transit. These are estimates and may be longer during peak periods such as Black Friday and the weeks before Christmas. If your order includes several items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Christmas: to receive your order in time for Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 1.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order and always includes tracking.

Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in your local currency: US dollars in the United States, euros in the eurozone and Swedish kronor in Sweden. Prices in Europe include VAT. Any applicable taxes or import fees are included or shown at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it at any time.

Delivery issues

If your order is delayed, arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us through our contact page with your order number (and a photo if there is damage). We will help you as soon as possible.
