Every time you climb a stair, stand up from a chair or take a step, much of the effort goes through one small point just below your kneecap: the patellar tendon.

The Fidelavo strap applies gentle, targeted pressure right there, which helps ease the strain on the tendon. That's why it's small: it doesn't need to wrap your whole knee to do its job.

How is it different from a knee brace?
A knee brace wraps and compresses the whole joint. This strap concentrates gentle support just below the kneecap, on the patellar tendon, without covering the rest of the knee.
Will it fit me?
It's one size: the pad is about 18 cm and the hook-and-loop strap (about 30 cm) adjusts to most legs. If in doubt, write to us before buying and we'll help you.
Does it move when I exercise?
When well adjusted, it stays in place while you walk, run or hike. Fasten it firm but comfortable.
Can I wear it all day?
Yes, it's light (about 50 g) and has ventilation slots. We recommend taking it off if you'll be sitting for a long time, and not sleeping with it.
Why buy two?

How long does shipping take?
